Refund Policy

This policy governs the use of the services (“Services”) offered by Cinqe, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Cinqe”).

Subject to the “Notice to Clients” below, fees paid for Services are non-refundable.

Notice to Clients:  Cinqe users in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, and Wisconsin are subject to the following terms:  You may cancel these Services, without penalty or obligation, at any time prior to midnight of the third business day following the date you purchased the Services and receive a full refund. To cancel this agreement within this timeframe, email our Cinqe at [email protected] and tell us you want to cancel and receive a refund.

In the event that you die before using any prepaid services, your estate shall be entitled to a refund of the unused portion prepaid.  In the event that you become disabled with a condition that precludes you from using the Services (as verified in writing by a physician) for a period of greater than six months, you may request a refund of prepaid Services not received if you cannot receive Services under the conditions provided in this paragraph.

Problematic lack of availability, poor date behavior on the Client’s part, and poor behavior towards a matchmaker can negatively impact our ability to perform Services and may, therefore, result in early termination of the client’s package without refund.

Cancellation and Refund Procedure: In addition to canceling, you must request a refund to receive one. If you qualify for cancellation or a refund, you must request such cancellation or a refund by sending an email to [email protected] with your name, email address, telephone number and the reason you are canceling the Services or requesting a refund. You may also mail or deliver your cancellation and refund notice to: Cinqe, Inc., 1942 Broadway St., STE 314C, Boulder , CO 80302.  Once we have received your request for a refund, we will evaluate the request and will inform you promptly if you qualify for a refund. Approved refunds may take up to 60 days to post and may be subject to certain credit card or other processing fees.
